Hello! Partiality is a term that everyone is familiar with. In every working situation, we might notice prejudice. Some people in today's environment misuse the terms respect and seniority. This message is for those who consider seniority to be a gold medal and respect to be a shield. Respect and seniority are valuable attributes that are bestowed upon us by others. So don't expect others to respect you, and seniority is a cumulative experience of a person, not a requirement that others follow the senior person's directions. In some cases, this is also harassment for those under their supervision. My personal recommendation is to not judge a book by its cover.
